The Minnesota State Election Laws require that the governing board of the City <br />canvass the returns and declare the results of the election within three to ten days after a <br />General Election. The Canvassing Board will review the election results and, if satisfied <br />the results are correct, the Canvassing Board certifies the election results. <br /> <br />The newly elected officials will be sworn in at the January14, 2019, City Council <br />meeting. The following candidates received the most votes: <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor (2 Yr. Term) Votes Council Member (4 Yr.
