This application is regarding a final plat application for a subdivision of the property to <br />create a total of 2 lots for single family homes where one lot currently exists. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on October 26, 2018 and was <br />considered to be complete on November 19. The 120-Day review period will expire on March 19, <br />2019. <br /> <br />3. Background. This preliminary plat creating 2 residential lots and one outlot was approved via <br />Resolution No. 6907 on October 8, 2018. The Final Plat is consistent with the Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />4. Public Comment. No additional comments from the public have been received. <br /> <br />5. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends approval of the final plat; a resolution has been <br />provided for consideration. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />The Council should consider adopting or amending the approval resolution relating to the preliminary <br />plat. Recording of the plat will occur upon City Engineer approval of the final grading plan and approval <br />of the drainage and utility easement vacation, planned for the December 10th Council meeting. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />Exhibit A.
