MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO HRA ANNUAL MEETING <br />Monday, April 9, 2018 <br />8:00 o’clock p.m. <br />_____________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />The Orono Housing and Redevelopment Authority met on the above-mentioned date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Dennis Walsh, Council Members Richard Crosby, III, Wendy Dankey, Aaron <br />Printup, and Victoria Seals. Representing Staff were City Administrator Dustin Rief, Community <br />Development Director Jeremy Barnhart, Finance Director Ron Olson, Public Works Director/City <br />Engineer Adam Edwards, and Recorder Jackie Young. <br /> <br />Mayor Walsh called the meeting to order at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. HRA MEETING MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2017 <br /> <br />Printup moved, Seals seconded, to approve the minutes of the HRA meeting of September 25, 2017, <br />as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br /> <br />SECRETARY’S REPORT <br /> <br />2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br /> <br />Crosby moved, Printup seconded, to elect Mayor Dennis Walsh as HRA chair, Aaron Printup as <br />HRA vice-chair, and Ron Olson as HRA secretary. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br /> <br />BY-LAWS DISCUSSION <br /> <br />City Administrator Rief requested permission for Staff to review the bylaws and to bring forward <br />suggested changes, specifically as it relates to the time and date of the annual HRA meeting. Rief noted <br />the bylaws have not been reviewed since 1992. <br /> <br />Crosby moved, Printup seconded, to direct Staff to review the HRA bylaws and to bring forward <br />suggested changes to a future HRA meeting. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Crosby moved, Dankey seconded, to adjourn the Orono HRA meeting at 8:53 p.m. VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br /> <br />
