AGENDA ITEM <br />Prepared By: AMC Reviewed By: AMC Approved By: DJR <br />Purpose. Each year the Council adopts a resolution that sets the annual appointments. The attached draft <br />resolution is provided for your consideration. <br />In addition, in 2016 the city approved the attached resolution adopting a Request for Proposal (RFP) <br />schedule. It states that when a specific professional service comes due under the schedule, that service <br />will be reviewed by the City Council at appointment time each January. During the review process, the <br />City Council will decide whether or not the professional service will be subject to an RFP process.
