<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NO. ________________________ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MORGAN STANLEY AUTHORIZED PERSONS <br />AND CORPORATE RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, UBS is an authorized broker dealer for the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, UBS requires the passage of Corporate Resolutions order to add authorized <br />signers to the City’s account; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City would like to add Maggie Ung, the City’s Accountant, as an <br />authorized signer; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Orono City Council as follows that <br />the UBS Corporate Resolutions are approved. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 25th day of February, 2019. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_________________________________ _________________________________ <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
