To consider a resolution approving the variance to allow an air conditioning unit in the side <br />yard setback, as was directed by the Council on February 11, 2019. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. After an extension, the 60-Day review period will expire on <br />April 18, 2019. <br /> <br />3. Background. The City Council directed staff to draft a resolution of approval of a variance to permit <br />the a/c unit to remain in the side yard setback. That resolution is attached as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />4. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends adoption of the resolution as drafted. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />City Council should review the approval resolution and adopt or amend. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
