No motorcycle parking is permitted on the public <br />sidewalk. These requirements will remain in the proposed resolution. Staff and the applicant <br />established a spot near the patio entrance, but this may need to be adjusted as the parking lot is <br />adjusted. <br /> <br />Dumpster Enclosure. <br />The original site plan for the Lakeroom showed a proposed trash enclosure approximately 15 <br />feet north of the outdoor patio area. The owner requested and received Council approval to <br />relocate the dumpster enclosure to the north side of the city parking lot.
