Orono City Council <br /> Work Session Minutes <br />Monday, February 25, 2019 <br />Council Chambers 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Dennis Walsh, Council Members Richard F. Crosby II, Victoria Seals <br />and Matt Johnson. Representing staff were City Administrator Dustin Rief and City Clerk <br />Anna Carlson. <br /> <br />Guest: LMCD Representative, Mark Kroll, Park Commissioner Applicant: Jennifer <br />Klaahsen, and Planning Commissioner Applicants: Chris Bollis, Mark Doepke, Mark <br />McCutcheon, and Matt Gettman. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting Start Time: 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />1. Planning Commission Applicant Interviews <br /> <br />The City Council interviewed the Planning and Park Commissioner applicants until 6:10 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3. LMCD Update – Mark Kroll <br /> <br />LMCD Representative Mark Kroll gave an update to the City Council regarding the <br />LMCD Board meeting. Kroll mentioned that there was further discussion regarding the <br />suspension of milfoil harvesters for this summer at the LMCD Board meeting. Kroll <br />also mentioned that the LMCD board had discussed and issue regarding fuel sales on the <br />lake.
