Our concern is that property cannot be sub divided further than beyond what has been proposed. <br />We believe this over development of our community is taking away from everything we love about <br />Orono. Specifically lot sizes. I shouldn’t be able to look out my window into my neighbors living <br />room. I don’t wish to live next to a stacked up sub development. <br /> <br />2. I’m concerned and would like the council to address the length of the shared drive and the effect <br />of flooding out Shadywood road. Currently the run off from this property creates flooding on <br />Shadywood and has caused potholes to develop on the road surface. We have never had this <br />problem on Shadywood where the previous driveway was located. Now the current gravel road and <br />run off is effecting road conditions. <br /> <br />3. Will there be enough room for emergency vehicles to reach and operate safely on the set back <br />property? <br /> <br />4. Previously I believe there was provision around the amount of trees that could be removed from <br />the property.
