Consider a resolution formally denying the variance at 3349 Crystal Bay Rd. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received and considered to be complete <br />on February 20. Therefore the 60-Day review period has been extended and will expire on June <br />20, 2019. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. The City Council reviewed this request at the April 8th meeting and <br />voted for denial of the variances. The Council directed staff to draft a denial resolution for <br />adoption at this meeting. <br /> <br />4. Public Comment. No additional comments were received for this request. <br /> <br />5. Staff Recommendation.
