The City Council reviewed your application on April 8th, and made changes to <br />the approval resolution necessitating a second meeting to adopt the revised findings on April 22nd. <br />Because this date falls after the initial 60-day review period, the City hereby notifies you that it is <br />extending the time period for City action under Minn. Stat. § 15.99, subd. 3(f). The initial 60-day period <br />would end on April 19, 2019. The time period is now hereby extended until June 18, 2019. <br /> <br />Please note, this extension is routine. The application will be finalized at the City Council’s April 22nd <br />meeting as planned; you will receive a packet in this week’s email.
