At least every five years, the monitoring <br />report shall include a more detailed assessment of results of past restoration and management <br />and recommendations for changes, if results are not as expected. The Natural Resources <br />section of the Conservation Management Plan shall be reviewed and updated by the City and <br />the District every 10 years.
