This application is regarding an interim use permit (IUP) to export material from the <br />property in excess of 500 cubic yards. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received and considered to be complete <br />on March 20, 2019. Therefore the 60-Day review period expires on May19th. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. The applicant is requesting approval of an IUP to allow the export of <br />approximately 1,300 cubic yards of material from the property in conjunction with construction <br />of a new residence. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. On April 15th the Planning Commission held a <br />public hearing. Following the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 7 to 0 in favor of a <br />motion to approve the requested IUP. <br /> <br />5. Public Comment. No comments from the public were received on this request. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends approval. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to adopt or amend the approval resolution.
