Carlson Estates New Asphalt 5 <br /> III. OTHER REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. Contractor shall provide quote details for each section as outlined on the Proposal <br /> Response sheet. <br /> 2. Contractor shall not install any products in poor weather conditions. All products <br /> shall be applied strictly according to manufacturer's specifications and <br /> recommendations. <br /> 3. All material supplied must be approved by Owner or its representative -and <br /> shall be the best of all available materials that comply with this Specification. <br /> 4. Contractor shall acquire approval from the Owner or its representative, for any <br /> "Extra"work to be performed. <br /> 5. Contractor shall 100%clean up property at the end of each working day,but may store <br /> equipment on-site in reasonable manner as approved by the Owner.. Contractor is <br /> responsible to protect all adjacent areas of the property, including grounds, during <br /> work and shall fully restore and repair all areas necessary after completion of work. <br /> 6. Contractor shall be properly licensed to work in Minnesota and the local municipality <br /> and shall show proof of licensing before start of work. <br /> 7. Contractor must meet schedule established at contract time. Owner reserves the <br /> right to terminate contractor for lack of steady progress towards timely completion. <br /> 8. Contractor may store materials and accessories on-site in an appropriate area <br /> designated by the Owner.. All storage must be inside trailers or trucks or outside <br /> by arrangement with the Owner. <br /> 9. Contractor shall operate in a safe manner at all times,not endangering his own work <br /> force or the Association property,guests or other parties at the site. OSHA <br /> requirements shall be followed at all times. The contractor and any subcontractors on <br /> the site are 100%responsible for all safety requirements at all times. Any violation of <br /> reasonable safe practices per OSHA requirements are strictly at the risk of the <br /> contractor and subcontractors and shall not involve the Association or its consultants <br /> or agents. Any burdens (legal, financial or any other)directed at the Association, or its <br /> consultants or agents,will be resolved or defended totally by the contractor and/or <br /> subcontractor, if involved. <br />
