Upon vacation half of the vacated area would accrue to 4300 North Shore Drive and 1453 Park Drive. <br /> This vacation request would be congruent with the vacations of adjoining Forest Boulevard and the other undeveloped streets in this area. <br /> Steve Paidosh has met with the City of Orono to discuss this and the items needed for the application. <br /> There is currently a storm sewer catch basin and pipe running northerly and draining into Lake Minnetonka. Homeowner was in discussion <br /> with the City of Orono regarding moving the pipe.
