Sec. 78-1440. - Exterior materials. <br /> (a) Aany accessory building and the principal building shall be consistent in design and color. <br /> Except for accessory buildings that are less than 120 square feet in area or are located <br /> on lots two acres in area or larger. !- -- - -- --- --- -- - - -- -- - - -• - <br /> (b) Within RR-1A and RR-1B districts, an accessory building less than 1,000 square feet <br /> may be located streetward of the principal building provided the following conditions are <br /> met: <br /> a. Principal building setbacks shall be met: and <br /> b.
