EXHIBIT "A" TO PERMANENT DRAINAGE/ACCESS EASEMENT AND AGREEMENT Property Description The following described land situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota: Par 1: Lot 1, Block 1, "Claremont Heights". Par 2: Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13; The South 15 feet of Lot 14; and The West 1/2 of that part of the vacated alley, lying Southerly of an extension across it of the Northerly line of the South 30 feet of Lot 14; All in Block 2, "Hillside Park". Par 3: Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 576, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The South line of said Lot 1 being marked by judicial landmark at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1 and at a point in the South line of said Lot 1, distant 557.96 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof, (as to land in Par 1); The North line of said Lot 13 being marked by judicial landmarks at the Northwest and the Northeast corners of said Lot 13; (as to land in Par 2); The East line of said Lot 13 being marked by judicial landmark at the point of intersection of said East line and the Westerly extension of the North line of the South 30 feet of said Lot 14. The North line of the South 30 feet of said Lot 14 being marked by a judicial landmark at a point in said North line, distant 191.8 feet East of the East line of said Lot 13 are established by the judicial landmarks (see Order Doc.
