Based on our review,we offer the following comments for your <br /> consideration: <br /> 1. The proposed grading plan will maintain existing drainage patterns. <br /> 2. It does not appear that this project will disturb more than 100 cubic yards of material. Therefore, <br /> a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)and associated financial security is not <br /> required.
