ADDITIONAL SYSTEM DESIGN INFORMATION r <br /> FOR JENSEN HOMES <br /> IN TRACT C, R.L.S. # 540 <br /> ORONO, MINNESOTA <br /> 9-3-92 <br /> For another proposed addition as shown on the attached survey drawing, the <br /> following information for the septic system is included. <br /> According to the recently installed water meter 5960 gallons where used in a <br /> 10: day period, which seems low for a 7 bedroom house the 1-9-91 redesign was <br /> for. The builder indicated the iron filters use 800 gallons per week and the <br /> water softener-800 gallons per week. If any of this water can be discharged <br /> separately without going into the septic system, it would help. The existing <br /> mound appears to be about 70 feet long for the rock bed, which is less than <br /> the 87.5 feet redesigned on 1-19-91. With an additional room being proposed, <br /> the new total should be 100 feet of rockbed with sideslopes as shown in the <br /> new design. <br /> Because the pumps at one time were discharging all at once, there may be <br /> cracks in the sand layer that have created seepage on the west side of the <br /> mound. This west side should be reworked as part of the project.
