Plumbing fixtures improperly vented. Violation of Minnesota Plumbing Code <br /> Section 4715.2510. <br /> 2. Considered hazardous within the definition of Minnesota Statute Section 463.15. <br /> Electrical System <br /> 1. Electrical system has open, deteriorated wiring- entire system needs upgrading. <br /> Electrical system is hazardous within the definition of Minnesota Statute Section <br /> 463.15. <br /> ORDER <br /> The existing building is hazardous due to inadequate maintenance, dilapidation,physical <br /> damage, and disrepair. Th <br /> g , ep a condition of the_existing building must be corrected to meet all <br /> applicable building codes and City ordinances. If the condition of the building is not corrected, it <br /> must be removed from the subject property and all personal property,junk and debris, and <br /> fixtures must also be removed. <br /> Unless corrective action is taken within twenty(20) days, the City will move the District <br /> Court for summary enforcement of this Order pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.19, unless an answer <br /> is filed within twenty(20) days of service of this Order upon you.
