A copy of the entire survey showing the proposed house <br /> and garage, and including the surveyors signature and date. <br /> (The copy you submitted does not even show the entire lot.) <br /> 2. On the survey, indicate where the driveway will be and <br /> show the location where you wi 11 access onto a City road. <br /> 3. Submit hardcover calculations (form attached). <br /> 4. Submit energy calculations (you were given this form in <br /> our office). <br /> 5. Submit complete building plans (2 sets). The plans <br /> submitted are lacking in detail , do not match the survey, <br /> and do not include the proposed attached garage. Contact <br /> Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector, if you have further <br /> questions on the plans. <br /> The above items must be submitted to this office no later <br /> than February 14, 1986 in order for the City to consider this as <br /> a good-faith application meeting the deadline per Resolution <br /> #1721. If all items are not received by that date (which allows <br /> you a 30 day grace period from the January 14, 1986 deadline) , <br /> you will have to reapply for the lot area and width variances. <br /> Please contact me if you have any questions. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Michael P.
