For <br /> the record, the setback to the southeasterly lot line must be 101, and the <br /> setback to the northeasterly line must also be 10' or more. The setback to <br /> the right-of-way line must be at least 351 . <br /> Review of your application will not continue until the noted items are <br /> received.
