dit. 0.4,. <br /> O O CITY of ORONO <br /> A �� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �.4 'v�"` , �"4,G No. 6 0 9 ? <br /> kESHO.V" <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> ELIZABETH ADDITION <br /> FILES #11-3526 & #11-3536 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has <br /> adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 24, 2011, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 6089 <br /> granting Preliminary Plat Approval for 3515 Capital Partners, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability <br /> Company (hereinafter "the Applicant") for the proposed development of the properties within the <br /> City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") identified as property identification numbers (PIDs) 08-117- <br /> 23-33-0030; 08-117-23-33-0031; 08-117-23-33-0032; 08-117-23-33-0033; 08-117-23-33-0034; <br /> and 08-117-23-33-0035 which are legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 8 through 13, Block 6, Crystal Bay View, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 28, 2011, the Orono City Council considered the <br /> application by Sandy Beach, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, (hereinafter the <br /> "Developer")for final plat approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has completed or has agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 6089. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements as required in <br /> Resolution No. 6089. <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of Drainage and Utility Easements over the storm water pond and <br /> swales as required in Resolution No. 6089. <br /> 4. Granting of Drainage and Utility Easements over the portions of the storm water pond <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
