T <br /> O O <br /> b CITY of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> I SH� NO, 3162 <br /> A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PROPERTY AT <br /> 330 TONRA AVENUE SHALL BE ASSIGNED ONE SEWER UNIT <br /> AS PART OF THE STUBBS BAY SEWER PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by <br /> the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in <br /> the Stubbs Bay area, within which the property at 330 Tonka <br /> Avenue is located; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property at 330 Tonka Avenue is located in <br /> the LR-lA zoning district and consists of two individual <br /> commonly-owned adjacent tax parcels identified by PINS numbers <br /> 05-117-23 14 0040 and 05-117-23 14 0041, also known as Lots 15 <br /> and 16, Block 5, Bayside Addition to Lake Minnetonka; and <br /> WHEREAS, these two referenced tax parcels in total <br /> contain an area of approximately 0.29 acres, less than the 2.0 <br /> acres required in the LR-lA zoning district for a single building <br /> site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the two parcels as a group have long been used <br /> and are currently considered by the City of Orono as a single <br /> building site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing residence is located on PIN <br /> number 05-117-23 14 0040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> the City of Orono, Minnesota that one sewer unit will be assessed <br /> and one sewer stub provided for this group of two parcels, said <br /> sewer unit assessment to be levied against parcel 05-117-23 14 <br /> 0040. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> i <br />
