The house plans elevation and grading plan views depict retaining walls on the south side of the home. The City <br /> Survey standards require top and bottom elevations of retaining walls to be called out(Survey requirement <br /> #23). Walls greater than 4' in height must be designed by a licensed professional, and plans must be submitted <br /> to the City for review prior to the approval of the permit. Tiered walls are considered one wall unless they are <br /> separated by at least twice the height of the lower wall. <br /> 2. Separate utility permits will be required for the sewer disconnection and connection. <br /> Please have the survey updated and submit updated copies for our review.
