<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
<br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and t `!
<br /> WHEREAS, on March 3, 1984, Scott C. McLain and Debra McLain 4, ;
<br /> zZ � filed a petition with the City of Orono requesting the vacation of the
<br /> westerly 100 feet of Brook Street, Bayside Addition to Lake Minnetonka,

<br /> WHEREAS, after due published and posted notice, a publics

<br /> WHEREAS, after due study and consideration the Planning
<br /> Commission recommended approval of the requested vacation and the City

<br /> in keeping with the public interest in consideration of the following cw�
