Prahm <br /> 3765 Togo Road <br /> Wayzata, MN 55391 <br /> Dear Mr. Prahm: <br /> It has come to the attention of this department that you are in violation of the Orono Municipal Code. <br /> The storage of non-passenger vehicles is not allowed on residential property (Section 10.61). Also, <br /> the storage of the commercial vehicles on the property is considered evidence that a business is <br /> operated within a residential property regardless of whether an office exists within the dwelling <br /> (Section 5.40 of the Orono Municipal Code). For these reasons,the vehicle must be removed from <br /> the property. <br /> The use of a residence for business is allowed under certain conditions in Orono, but requires a <br /> home occupation license from the City. The requirements for a home occupation license can be <br /> obtained at the City Offices. The use of the property for business must be discontinued until a home <br /> occupation license is issued. <br /> These violations must be eliminated by March 10, 1997.
