Have you ran into this in the past? Do you know of an engineer that could help with the City of Orono's request? <br /> Here's a statement from Melanie: Since the retaining walls are proposed to exceed 4' an engineer must evaluate the <br /> site, soil, material, height & load the walls will be supporting, etc to come up with a plan so the walls do not fail.
