Mayor �Ian Nest stated <br /> that because there was not a quorum of the Board tonight, <br /> the Board would have to set a reconvened meeting of the Board <br /> of Review for Monday, June 29 , 1981, at 7: 30 p.m. Motion <br /> by Butler seconded by Van Nest recommending the Council <br /> approve the changes as presented by Mr. Hilk. <br /> 2.
