�. RFCONVENED MEFTING OF THE 1981 ORONO BOARD OF REVIEW The recoz:vened meeting of the Orono Board of Review w<�s called to order by Mayor Van Nest at 7: 35 p.m. , June 24 , 1981. Council members present were Mary Butler. There was no quorum. Also present were Don Monk, County Assessor and Milt Hilk, County Appraiser. Appearing before the Board were: �. ^Zr. Caroenter how he felt about the changes in the valuations. Mr. Carpenter stated he was satisfied with the results of the revaluation. Mayor �Ian Nest stated that because there was not a quorum of the Board tonight, the Board would have to set a reconvened meeting of the Board of Review for Monday, June 29 , 1981, at 7: 30 p.m. Motion by Butler seconded by Van Nest recommending the Council approve the changes as presented by Mr. Hilk. 2. Mr. F�ilk had sent one of his appraisers there, but he did not understand what the appraiser had
