It appears that the defendant called the <br /> court himself and received a continuance of his hearing date. Apparently he is a truck driver and his vehicle <br /> broke down in Canada and there was no way he was going to make it to court in time. Judge Reilly continued <br /> the pretrial to 2/8/11 (8:15 a.m.) and indicated on the court records "NO FURTHER CONTINUANCES". <br /> Please mark your calendar accordingly.
