He plead guilty to Count 1, Exterior Storage in R Districts. ' <br /> He was to remove or update and register the vehicle in one week. That was done, photo attached. <br /> By May 1, 2011 Mr. Barth was to remove the rest of the construction materials and rubbish. Per the attached <br /> inspection slip, Inspector Gibbs rang the door bell at 3725 Togo Road on May 4, 2011 at 2:15 PM.
