STATE OF MINNESOTA DISTRICT COURT <br /> COUNTY OF HENNEPIN FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br /> State of Minnesota, Court File No. 27-CR-10-43299 <br /> (City of Orono), <br /> Plaintiff, <br /> APPLICATION FOR OBTAINING <br /> vs. DEFENDANT'S APPEARANCE <br /> FOR VIOLATION OF <br /> James Leroy Barth, CONDITIONS OF PROBATION <br /> AND/OR SUSPENDED SENTENCE <br /> Defendant. <br /> On February 10, 2011, the defendant, James Leroy Barth, appeared before the Honorable <br /> Ann Leslie Alton in the above Court and plead guilty to Count 1 of the Complaint—Exterior <br /> Storage in R Districts—prohibited material storage,with Count 2 being dismissed, in this <br /> proceeding. At that time, Judge Alton stayed execution of sentence for one year upon the <br /> following conditions: (1)that the defendant serve 90 days in the Hennepin County Workhouse- <br /> Adult Corrections, which 90 days was stayed for a period of one year; (2)that the defendant pay <br /> a fine in the amount of$1,000.00, of which$800.00 was stayed for a period of one year; (3)that <br /> the defendant serve one year probation to the court; (4)that the defendant remove the vehicle or <br /> update and register said vehicle by February 7, 2011, said vehicle to be drivable; (5)that the <br /> defendant remove the rest of the construction material and rubbish by May 1, 2011; and(6)that <br /> the defendant have no same or similar incidents. <br /> The defendant has violated his conditions of probation by not removing the construction <br /> materials and rubbish from the subject property by May 1, 2011. <br /> Dated: Is- ' 2011 CAMPBELL KNUTSON <br /> Professional Association <br /> By: <br /> Soren M.
