No one answered. I went <br /> about taking photo's of the property. I had gone around the garage for a few minutes and when I <br /> returned there was a woman standing at the edge of the driveway. She asked me who I was and why I <br /> was there. I explained to her what I was doing there and that I knocked twice. She said no one was <br /> home. <br /> She then wanted to know if it was ethical to take pictures when no one was home and wanted to know <br /> if I was doing the ethical thing by taking the photo's. I told her that I was just doing my job and that <br /> Barth can take it up with the City Attorney and the Judge on Friday. She then asked if I had a message <br /> for Barth and I told her she could tell him the City was there. <br /> 1 <br />
