(James is supposed to be commencing
his jail sentence on 7-19-14)Judge Bernhardson denied the request. Mr. Brennen then asked on behalf of his clients if
John Barth could serve the five-day jail sentence instead of James in order to avoid loss of income, or if the court would
consider community work service as an alternative.Judge Bernhardson denied both requests.
Please contact myself, or Alina Schwartz if you have any questions. Thanks!
Ka.fi Tom je y
Legal Assistant
Campbell Knutson, PA
1380 Corporate Center Curve-Suite 317
Eagan, MN 55121
Direct: 651-234-6211
1
