This <br /> letter is to require you to upgrade your original permit to cover <br /> replacement of the windows and any other work you may have done. A <br /> specific concern about windows besides proper installation is the size <br /> of bedroom windows. Bedroom windows are required to have a minimum <br /> clear openable height of 24", a minimum clear openable width of 20", a <br /> maximum sill height of 44" and a minimum clear openable area of 5.7 <br /> s.f. <br /> The City has also received complaints about unlicensed-inoperable <br /> vehicles and construction and other debris stored on your property in <br /> violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 9.50 and 9.55. <br /> The unlicensed vehicles and debris must be removed and the building <br /> permit must be upgraded before December 28, 1992. If this deadline is <br /> not met, the City may initiate legal action.
