This
letter is to require you to upgrade your original permit to cover
replacement of the windows and any other work you may have done. A
specific concern about windows besides proper installation is the size
of bedroom windows. Bedroom windows are required to have a minimum
clear openable height of 24", a minimum clear openable width of 20", a
maximum sill height of 44" and a minimum clear openable area of 5.7
s.f.
The City has also received complaints about unlicensed-inoperable
vehicles and construction and other debris stored on your property in
violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 9.50 and 9.55.
The unlicensed vehicles and debris must be removed and the building
permit must be upgraded before December 28, 1992. If this deadline is
not met, the City may initiate legal action. If you have any
questions or if you have a problem meeting this deadline, please feel
free to contact me at my office.
Sincerely,
1P I
10 to &11'' _
Lyle Oman
Building Official
LO/ch
Enc. - Orono Municipal Code Sec. 9. 50 & 9 .55
cc: Jeanne A.
