It is unlawful to park or store <br /> unlicensed, unregistered. or inoperable motor vehicle lacking <br /> anyarts or <br /> essential parts , household furnishings or appliances , cr p <br /> components thereof, on any property, public or private, unless hcuseo <br /> within a lawfully erected building. It is the duty of the owner of every vacant property and the <br /> owner and occupant of every occupied property to maintain same in a <br /> er free of any dunk, debris , reubsec <br /> neat, clear. and presentable mann <br /> litter, dead trees, or noxious weeds, and to remove all other p <br /> health or safety hazards therefrom. <br /> X Subd. 2. Grass and Weeds.
