You and Mr. Oman <br /> apparently reached sort of agreement. However, this did not resolve the case. You <br /> were still facing the possibility of being fined. Therefore you should not have left the <br /> court house without letting me or the clerk know. The court could have issued a bench <br /> warrant for your arrest. However, rather than doing that the court has rescheduled your <br /> case for November 21, 2006 at 8:30 a.m. I would consider recommending a <br /> significantly reduced fine if you tear down the structure as promised.
