I appreciate your cooperation as well as your calls <br /> keeping me informed of your progress. <br /> Since our conversation I have also observed additional materials and debris in exterior storage <br /> on your property, and specifically the following, are in violation of City Code Sections 58-1(a), <br /> 58-3, and 78-1577: <br /> • Inoperable snowmobile <br /> • Miscellaneous construction materials <br /> • Wheelbarrow <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by <br /> May 5, 2010 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to bring your property into <br /> compliance the above snowmobile must be in an operable condition, and the above items must <br /> be removed from the property or stored in an enclosed building by May 5, 2010. <br /> Please be advised, if you fail to correct the violations or request an appeal hearing before the <br /> City Council prior to the deadline, the City will correct the violations and the costs to do so will <br /> be assessed against your property [Cite: City Code 58-1(c) & 78-1577(6)]. Those costs will be <br /> certified to the County Auditor and will be collected in the same manner as special assessments <br /> against your property. <br /> For your information, the City offers Leaf and Grass Disposal at the Public Works building, 2700 <br /> Kelley Parkway, from 9 am to 3 pm on the following days: <br /> May 14th and 15th <br /> May 21"and 22"d <br /> May 28th and 29" <br /> The City also offers clean-up for appliances and other unwanted items on April 24th from 8 am to <br /> 2 pm and construction debris ONLY on May 1St from 8 am to 2 pm.
