The effected area <br /> is less than 1500 sq ft and roughly 35 cubic yards of disturbed material. <br /> From what I can tell by your rules this exempts it from your permitting needs. <br /> A wetland delineation was also done by request from the city in 2013 and is on file with the permit at the city. <br /> The permit# is 2014-01293. <br /> If you need any other info please feel free to call me. <br /> Thanks <br /> i <br />
