a <br /> O O <br /> - CITY of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. <br /> �kES0 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE a% <br /> PLAT OF JAMES BARTH ADDITION <br /> FILE NO. 2642 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a <br /> 2 lot residential plat by Jeff and James Barth(hereinafter "the subdividers"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdivision has been found to meet the density requirements of the <br /> LR-1 C zoning district; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the platting <br /> regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of requirements of Resolution No. 4549, the resolution granting <br /> preliminary approval of the 2 lot subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of standard perimeter drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of 15' of public right of way for Togo Road, a public road. <br /> 4. Payment to the City for the final plat review fee and fee for legal review and filing <br /> of the plat, easements and covenants in the amount of$425.00. <br /> 5. Payment to the City for the 1999 Navarre water plant rehabilitation plant of$360 for <br /> one additional assessment for the new lot based on the 2000 fee schedule. <br /> 6. Payment to the City of$3,600 for a park dedication fee for one new residential lot <br /> based on 8% of the value of the lot as determined by the City Assessor. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
