BILGER, <br />4005 NORTH SHORE DRIVE — <br />VARIANCES — RESOLUTION #3038 <br />Robert Bilger was present for this application. <br />Moorse explained this is an application for variance approval to <br />build a detached garage. The Planning Commission unanimously <br />recommended approval. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to adopt <br />Resolution #3038 for Application #1687 for Robert Bilger of 4005 <br />North Shore Drive, requesting approval of a variance for <br />construction of a detached garage. Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />( #6) #1689 TERRY SADLER, <br />1396 BALDUR PARK ROAD — <br />VARIANCES — RESOLUTION #3039 <br />Mrs. Sadler and Rod Lund were present. <br />Moorse explained this is a request for a variance to construct a <br />three season porch in place of an existing deck. Planning <br />Commission voted 5 -1 to recommend approval. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Jabbour, to adopt Resolution <br />#3039 for Application #1689 for Terry Sadler of 1396 Baldur Park <br />Road, for variances to construct a three season porch in place of <br />a deck. <br />Callahan asked if the issue of additional hardcover removal was <br />brought up. <br />Gaffron noted the Planning Commission had not addressed this <br />issue. <br />Jabbour felt it would only be fair <br />plastic underlying the rock areas <br />stated it could be done next spring. <br />to require the removal of the <br />on the property.
