MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING — SEPTEMBER 23, 1991 <br />v <br />COUNCIL WORK SESSION CONCERNING THE STUBBS BAY SEWER PROJECT <br />CONT. A <br />Gaffron asked if it was the Council's intent to discuss the <br />draft briefly at the Council meeting of October 14th and set <br />future dates for public hearings. He advised that the Council <br />should invite the Committee working towards this project. <br />Gaffron asked if the Council considered this third draft of the <br />project as public information. <br />Goetten'felt that the Committee members should be provided <br />with a copy and anyone else can come into the City office and <br />review the proposal but must pay for a copy of fit. <br />Council agreed to meet on October 7, 1991 at 5:00- for a <br />workshop to discuss the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project and to hold a <br />public meeting on October 14, 1991. <br />(##25'x) LICENSES <br />There were no licenses. <br />(#p26*) BILLS <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Butler, to approve <br />payment of the All funds Account.
