.�,M.INUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING — SEPTEMBER 9, 1991 <br />PROSECUTOR'S CONTRACT — CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />Barrett explained the legal contract currently is with the <br />Popham, Hail: law firm and felt that changes have occured which <br />could change the position of the Council. He noted that the <br />amount and number of fines is declining which was a source of <br />revenue. He reviewed a number of alternatives the City had and <br />felt that it would be appropriate to ask for RFPs.
