Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />( #22 *) POLICE CHIEF EMPLOYMENT — <br />ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />It was moved by Goetten, <br />seconded by <br />Butler, to accept <br />Attachment A to the memo dated <br />July 26, <br />1991 as the <br />terms of <br />agreement for employee Stephen <br />Sullivan <br />as the City's <br />Police <br />Chief, subject to the amendment <br />that the <br />physical be <br />with the <br />City of Orono's physician rather <br />than Mr. <br />Sullivan's <br />personal <br />physician. Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />( #24 *) TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT GOLF COURSE — GROUNDSKEEPER HELPER <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Butler, to approve Jane <br />Delaney as temporary groundskeeper helper at the Orono Golf <br />Course for the balance of the 1991 golfing season at an hourly <br />rate of $5.00 effective August 1, 1991.
