ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD JULY 22, 1991 <br />( #9)ZONING FILE #1666 - HILBELINK CONTINUED <br />Dianne Jentilucci, 1295 Briar Street, stated that language <br />had been included in Resolution. #2839, that was not included in <br />the proposed resolution. She asked that the last portion of <br />Condition #6, starting with the sentence "Applicant shall <br />maintain erosion control on his property throughout construction <br />to prevent any restriction of drainage system... ", be included in <br />the proposed resolution. <br />Jabbour asked if that language could be added to ,the <br />proposed resolution-without the applicant's knowledge. <br />Bernhardson advised that such an amendment could be made to <br />the resolution without prior knowledge on behalf of the <br />applicant. The applicant will subsequently be notified of the <br />revision, and should he object, the matter would come back to <br />Council for further review. <br />Ms. Jentilucci asked for clarification regarding the width <br />of drainage easements that were granted by Mr. Hilbelink along <br />the north side of his property. <br />Mabusth stated that the City Engineer only asked for ten <br />feet. <br />Mayor Peterson noted that Resolution #2839 indicates that <br />drainage easement 15 feet wide was granted on the north property <br />line. <br />Ms'. Jentilucci said, "We granted a 10 foot easement on our <br />property, and it was my understanding that Mr. Hilbelink was to <br />also grant a 10 foot easement. Resolution #2839 indicates that <br />he was to give a 15 foot easement. I would just like to know <br />which is correct." <br />Mabusth advised that Staff would confirm the width of the <br />easement granted by Mr. Hilbelink along the northern property <br />line. <br />It was moved. by Callahan, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to <br />table application #1666, pending Staff's confirmation *of the <br />easements granted by the applicant, and the additional language <br />being added to the proposed resolution, as requested by Dianne <br />Jentilucci. All voted aye.
