The <br />letter should also provide an historical synopsis of the process <br />and how it has come to this point, and what corridors are being <br />considered. <br />Jabbour added that information should be provided as to how <br />those corridors are going to impact other Orono roads if selected <br />to make people more aware of how this selection will affect them <br />individually. <br />Butler suggested keeping the information in the letter as <br />brief and concise as possible or people will not take time to <br />read it. <br />Goetten added that it might prove helpful to include some of <br />the questions being raised in the Committees. <br />Bernhardson suggested including information pertaining to <br />the meeting with the MNDOT Commissioner. <br />Council agreed. <br />Sherokee urged Council to include something in the letter <br />indicating the various Citizen's Groups that are working on this <br />issue. <br />Goetten stated that she would like to see the letter before <br />it is sent. Mayor Peterson agreed. Butler indicated that she <br />would be the editor. <br />Mayor Peterson indicated that the letter would.be sent <br />- 12 - <br />
