City Engineer approved the proposal back in <br />1935 which caused the run -off to drain-onto my property._" . _ <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour, to adopt <br />Resolution #2957, as presented by Staff, granting a Conditional <br />Use Permit for approximately 500 cubic yards of fill within the <br />front yard of Keenan and Jean Richardson's home, located ;it 2500 <br />Woodhaven Drive, and including payment of penalty fees.
