I doubt <br />that there were any connection charges. The number of. units <br />involved with Woodhill is ten. The number of residential <br />properties that .Orono has hooked up on North Ferndale through <br />Wayzata is close to 50. He <br />said, "The City does charge a separate unit fee for guesthouses. <br />I will review that situation." <br />- 21 - <br />
