y <br />ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 25, 1991 <br />(21 *)ADMINISTRATOR'S INFORMATION <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to <br />accept the City Administrator's Information regarding: <br />Public /Private Roads, Community Development Block Grant Program, <br />Prosecution /Court Fines, Lake Minnetonka Levels /Minnehaha Creek <br />Watershed District, Business Cards, Identification Cards, <br />December Receipts and Disbursements, and Wire Transfers. Motion, <br />Ayes -3, Nays -0. Motion passed: <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: None. <br />( #22 *)LICENSES <br />Bernhardson stated that he had intended to remove the <br />license for L. Cramer Designers under the Consent 'Agenda and <br />asked Council if they would do so. He said, "They were supposed <br />to have provided us with some additional information prior to <br />this meeting, but we did not receive it until today. Their <br />license will be included for consideration at the March 11, 1991 <br />meeting." <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to <br />remove the Parade and Special Event license for L. Cramer from <br />the Consent Agenda for further reconsideration. Motion,- Ayes -3., <br />Nays -0.
