MINUTES OF THE CANVASSING BOARD MEETING <br />HELD NOVEMBER 4, 1992 <br />ROLL <br />The Council met as the Canvassing Board on the above date with <br />the following members present: Mayor Barbara Peterson, <br />Councilmembers J. Diann Goetten, Gabriel Jabbour and Mary Butler. <br />Councilmember Edward Callahan was absent. The following <br />represented City staff: Administrator Ron Moorse and City Clerk <br />Dorothy Hallin. Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at <br />4:00 P.M. <br />Council reviewed results of the November 3, 1,992 General <br />Election. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Peterson, to certify the <br />results of the November 3, 1992 municipal election as follows: <br />Mayor - Two year term <br />Edward J. Callahan, Jr. receiving 3,158 votes <br />Councilmembers - Elect Two for 4 year terms <br />Charles M. Kelley receiving 2,444 votes <br />Jo Ellen L. Hurr receiving 2,002 votes <br />Gary M. Printup receiving 1,585 votes <br />Ayes 4, Nays. <br />Butler stated she wished to congratulate the winners and extend <br />best wishes to all the candidates. <br />ADJOUNMENT <br />It was moved by Peterson, seconded by Butler to adjourn the <br />Canvassing Board meeting at 4:06 p.m. Ayes 4, Nays.O. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy Hallin, City Clerk <br />Barbara A.
